Super hôte très arrangeante et accueillante. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, très propre avec la clime. Emplacement idéal à 10 minutes du centre ville et à proximité des gares de bus et port de depart des ferries.

Le robinet de la cuisine a trop de pression, il est difficile à utiliser. Pas de clime dans la salle de bain et la cuisine.

We stayed for 10 nights in June 2025. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Very well located, we used it as a base to visit the islands, waterfalls and nearby towns.Apartment was very neat, clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful with information. The Apartment is close to the old town, bus routes, ferries/ports, the promenade/Riva and supermarkets. I would recommend this apartment if visiting Split.

Location, water pressure, mattress. Checked in late, 10pm, was met by the owner with no problem.

False advertising. Sea view from a window in the living room, not the balcony. The dirties beach that I have seen in my life was around 10min walk. Full of rubbish and cigarette buds. The balcony goes out to the inside court and other people's windows... Not ideal for relaxation. And is very tiny. The front door to the building looks like vandals took all their anger on them, looks like an entrance to the ghetto. Not enough hot water in the shower as the boilers's temperature was set to a minimum, had to turn up the thermostat a bit to have a decent shower. Very small kitchen, but had that all you might need. Has a bit of outdated feel in general...

Location was great and host was good ! Spacious and clean and very comfortable

It had a lot of stairs ! Not good for carrying up luggage ! Ok for us but certainly not not good for anyone that isn’t strong or fit
