Zadbany i czysty obiekt. Sympatyczni właściciele i personel. Wyposażenie mieszkania. Butelka wina na powitanie. Nie ma problemu z miejscem parkingowym. Lokalizacja, blisko na plażę, do sklepu i do centrum Porec. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Jacuzzi. Świetna komunikacja z właścicielami.
