Beautiful studio which was clean and bright. Nice and peaceful. Comfy beds. Good bathroom. The kitchen area was spacious with a table to eat at. Lovely, helpful host and sweet doggy.

Kitchen was missing a few essential items for self-catering (we had to keep asking for things, which were provided). A little far from the centre of Zadar - but walkable or bus or even better an Uber which was not expensive.

Location

Poor facilities, eg, no microwave, basic hob, rickety kitchen units… Communication could improve (some messages ignored or reply with long delays) Poor provisions, eg, hole in sheets, worn out bedding and sofa, inadequate crockery, etc…

We had a very pleasant stay in Zadar. The site is located about 20-25 min walking from Zadar center. We were able to return at night quite peacefully because it is a quiet family residence area. The room is open space type, we were able to use the living room, the kitchen, the two beds, the bathroom. It has everything you need to be well and calm. There is a small supermarket nearby with a very handsome clerk. Our host was super friendly and we only saw him at the beginning to explain how it worked, he lives next door but it was not necessary to bother him with questions or anything because everything was clear and easy to use.
