We liked the apartment very much. It is spacious, clean, nicely decorated in a modern way, has new equipment. Good location. The host was very nice and helpful. She offered to help us with our luggage and parking if we needed them. Definitely to recommend.

The hosts were really helpful. It is a perfect location. The apartment was really clean and convenient.

The apartment was on the 4th floor and doesn't have a lift. However, the host was kind enough to take our luggage to the apartment.

The location, only some steps away from the „action area“ and the beautiful ancient city of Split is perfect. Our hosts where extremly friendly and helpfull. They even organized a parking lot for our car. The aircon in the appartement is powerful, the furniture like new, the kitchen perfectly equiped… a lot of reasons to visit EVAs again….

There is only one thing, which is not perfect. 88 stairs upward… so better don‘t forget anything, before you leave… but perfect to enhance your fitness… :-)

"Perfect Apartment. Perfect Location, Modern, Clean, Spacious, Ideal for 4 guests."

Everything was perfect. Very modern apartment with plenty of space and very clean. Loads of great features such as TV, air conditioning, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, all kitchen appliances we needed. Unreal views from the balcony looking out into the city and sea and also out the double bedroom looking out onto the mountain ranges. All bedrooms were spacious with blinds to block out the sun and the sofa bed was ideal as we had 4 guests staying there. Perfect location in the city of Split where you could walk to the main strip and the beach within 5 minutes with supermarkets very close by as well. The host was very kind and helpful and was always on the other end of the phone if we had any questions before the trip and during our stay. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay again if we come back to Split.

Honestly there was nothing wrong with the apartment. Very very good.
