Location, view, private beach, garden, breakfast, cleanliness, parking, access to the promenade!

Not much really! Awesome place. Just alternatives when you leave early.for breakfast would be nice! Maybe also some coffee/tea in the room.

The location was good. The beach was right below the property. It had a nice balcony with view. Overall good

The street to get there was confusing with Google maps but the owner sent us a minimap to get there. It's better to follow that

Our room had a really nice view from balcony of the water. Staff are lovely and very helpful. The property has a staircase in the back courtyard that literally takes you onto the beach/water. Good cafes and restaurants nearby.

A bit far walking distance to main part of Trogir

Mate was a fantastic host and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was very comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the sea. It was a stunning location with a path directly from the garden to the beach. It was so wonderful to be able to sit in the garden for breakfast looking out to sea. Thank you Mate for making our stay so special and we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Arriving with a car to the house is a challenging drive in its final 200m - one has to drive down a steep hill through a very narrow road.
