A 212, apartments in the heart of Budapest

Great studio, extremely clean and big enough for two people. The white table and chairs were not in the apartment but there is another table on the balcony making eating or spending time together even cozier. Communication was also timely and good. The apartment is located in the very centre where all the night life happens. Yet it is very quiet so one can have the best of both worlds. Recommended.

The location is perfect. You can park your car in a garage, which we really liked. The apartment js just like the pictures.

Good location, nice new and clean apartment - perfect for a couple. If I remember correctly, also 3 people could rent it out, but I would not suggest doing so, as the third one has to sleep on the couch and the space is too small for 3 people. Balcony is a nice added bonus, so is the fact that the apartment faces the courtyard, so even if you are in a busy-street, noise will not be an issue.

I did not appreciate that the apartment on Booking.com advertises itself as pet-friendly and offering parking without mentioning anywhere that these services come with an additional cost of 40 EUR. They only inform you of this after you have finalized your non-refundable booking. Charging for these additional services is acceptable if the extra costs are disclosed before making the booking. Since this apartment does not allow free cancellations, one could theoretically plan on paying 90 EUR per night when traveling with a pet and a car, but end up paying 130 EUR. Although we did not use these services, I found this practice rather misleading.

The communication with host was terrible. We spent an almost 2 hours to get to the apartment. The same happened to the other families queuing to get to the apartment. The host did not pick up the phone at check-in time. He did not answer SMS or booking messages. Finally, only after we threatened him to ruin his opinion on Booking.com, he sent back an SMS - with information - that System was Down and apologies that he could not have helped us. From information we got from local administrator - the situation repeats itself on every busy weekend. So keep away from it. Apart from communication the apartment was cozy, tidy and in good localization.

Terrible communication with host

Very beautifull small apartment on great location. Located in new building with beautifull terace. The bed and the pillows are very good. Self check in and everything provided in appartmant.

The apartment is located in a brand-new building right in Budapest downtown. The place is very clean.

There is parking space available, but the price was not included in the apartment rate, which is not mentioned in the description. When I requested a parking space after I did my reservation, then I was informed by the host that it would cost me additional 20 euros per night. This is OK, but it should be included in the apartment description.

Apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean and in a heart of Budapest, with garage.

It is very cold!!! Apartman is without heating. 🥶
