Bed in the living room

Very nice location on the hill with view on the mountain. The house is very spacious for 4 persons. Very nice garden

The house was really dirty! We got the feeling that on one of the beds the linen have been not changed from the previous visitor. On the terrace we found close to the sofa pieces of potato chips. We found on several places (3) spider nets. Although it is stated that the linen and the towels will be changed every 3 days, it was not the case. The towels were very small. Several lamps were missing. We could not use the oven since there were not grills in it. The cooker, with gas, was not properly functioning. The water heater in the bathroom was not functioning properly. Parking was really an adventure trying not to damage the rented car. I think it is a pity to have such a great villa and to offer such a bad service

The location, view and facilities were fantastic

Ideally we would have preferred to sleep in a bedroom with curtains to exclude light and a comfortable mattress. However, the bedroom was locked as we were a 2 person letting and only bed was in the living area. The mattress was small and thin and the bed was low to the floor. (which was difficult for me as I have some mobility issues especially after a poor night's sleep.) The drapes at the windows were thin and could not be drawn easily, so the room was very light from early morning onwards. I don't like complaining especially when it is such a stunning location to stay and the apartment was so nice, but it would have been good to have had the choice to be able to sleep in a dedicated sleeping area. Lastly - and this is minor - only 2 small towels and 2 flannels were provided - no bath towels or kitchen towels. A small thing but a little more generosity with towels would have increased the comfort.
