Late check in. Spacious and pleasant apartment. I can't judge apartment more since stayed in it just overnight. Public parking in vicinity.

"The customer is NOT always right :)" Booking stated the price of 58EUR is with all taxes included. Host stated that taxes are not included. We ended up with showing each other our own booking pages. Host refused to accept my argumets so I had to pay 61EUR at the end. "Expect the unexpected :)" We had a late checkout around 23.15 with 2 small kids. Somewhere around 23.45 someone from the neighboring apartment, probably No.6, started to knock heavily on the dividing wall, probably disapproving with sounds and movement kids were producing after 10hours log ride. Around 00.15 someone completely cut the power off, only in our apartment, which was not turned on even until 5AM when we left. No power means also no heating for the whole night. No house number at the address and bit hard to find. No elevator.
