"Confortable and cozy experience"

- Very modern and comfortable apartment, the - Location was safe and close to the metro station and Lidl - Building was very quiet and modern. - The apartment was well equipped and had a nice view. - The internet was very fast. - The owners answered quickly to our questions and doubts

- The fridge didn’t work at all. We lost all our food that was on the fridge. Also it made a lot of noise during the night. - The windows didn’t have blinders so it was always very bright in the morning. - Some of the dishes were poorly washed - Only two small trash bags

Finding the keys felt a little like a girl guide adventure helping to get a good grip of the direct neighbourhood from the very beginning.

I got slightly stressed at the beginning: I was already on my way, changing planes as I was coming from Asia and I read the message saying I wouldn't get the keys to the apartment until I send over the copy of my ID and that I was to submit it 24h before my arrival. The message itself was sent not much more than 24h before my arrival. Luckily, the host picked up the phone and let me access the apartment.
