SKY - beautiful rooftop apartment with shared pool

The location of the apartment was close to the beach and shopping center. In addition, the restaurant Venttil was a positive surprise. The pool area was very clean, quiet and cozy. Complete kitchen, including a dishwasher. Washing machine. Great beds. An absolutely amazing place to spend a vacation. The top of everything is the host and friendly contact person STIPE! He answered messages and questions immediately and expertly, and made sure that everything was fine all the time.

The management was very nice and helpful. The response was efficient and even sometimes came up to assist. Highly recommend to stay.

The apartment was really lovely and very well appointed. The beds were so comfortable and the balcony was a great extra - and it was so peaceful. The pool was gorgeous- plenty of room around it and perfect for what we wanted - which was to relax. The contact we had was very friendly and helpful and nothing seemed to be a problem

The area generally was a little bit isolated and very steep, so difficult to walk anywhere, especially with my father who isn't as sure on his feet as he once was. Not really any amenities walkable, although there was a supermarket. Taxis however were cheap and really easy to get

Apartment was as described, very clean and we were permitted a slightly earlier check in which we appreciated. The pool was kept very clean. The rooms were fine and aircon was good. Everything was well equipped.

It is on a main road, overlooking industrial buildings. The closest village for eating out etc is Stobrec but you can't really walk down to Stobrec easily, there's no pavement. OK if you have a car and plan to drive down, but not so good if you intend to walk. So location is OK, but we'd probably have chosen differently had I realised. However Stobrec is lovely to visit if you can, had a lovely vibe.

The only thing to like about it, they had two toilets.

Far from 400m from the sea, maybe the sea is 400m by view, but for sure not in a walking distance. Dishes were smelly, and even the ice machine wasn't ready.

Wonderful clean, well equipped and spacious apartment. Pool area was lovely and cleaned daily. The hosts were very responsive to any queries. Large, sunny balcony. Very easy to get an Uber when needed, about 9euros into Split, 7 euros to Stobrec. Closest and best Supermarket was Plodine, about 10 mins walk.

There wasn't a lot in the immediate area, but plenty a short drive away. Be aware that an awful lot of shops and restaurants want payment in cash - there are lots of ATMs everywhere to withdraw money.
