Rajković Apartment

Great balcony with a sea view. One minute from the beach, which was perfect for our family as it has a lot of shadow. The apartment is fully-equipped, you have there literally everything you need and the equipment is of a great quality. Beds are super comfortable. We especially appreciated coffee machine with a great coffee and a washing machine. Also a parking space is great - with a ramp.

There is a construction site, but the owner let us know in advance. if you - like us - leave the apartment to go to the beach or a trip, don’t worry - it is quite in the afternoon:) we didn’t mind it.

This is a very confortable apartment with a wonderful view. The owner was very kind and helpful. Our kids loved the excavator :D

The location of the apartment is perfect for a seaside vacation, the view is stunning from the terrace, the photos speak for themselves. It was comfortable even for a family with two grown-up children, spotless clean, parking space for our car right next to the building. I highly recommend it, we will never forget the lovely days we spent here!

the wireless internet (both 4g and 5g) in that area of the city is very slow, and since wifi relies on the same wireless internet (not wired internet) it was very slow, varying between 2mbp - 30mpb the blankets are way too short for my height which is 183cm IMPORTANT: the terrace door was extremely hard to open from outside. It was closed too tightly and I barely open it while I was on the terrace with my wife without a phone and anything.

Everything was perfect. We stayed for 5 nights with our 2 year old son and it was really comfortable. Beach is just in front of the apartment anytime you can go for a walk. House very neat and clean. Everything was available for our stay. Easy communication with owner. Definitely recommend:)

Very clean and modern apartment with excellent facilities and nice balcony towards the sea. Close to the beach and local bus stop from where you can get to Zadar old town in 20 minutes. Few hundred meters walk to grocery store and local restaurants. Overall a very nice stay!
