La posizione è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici e l'appartamento dista 15 minuti a piedi dal porto. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile nei nostri confronti.

This was a great location! The host did an awesome job of reaching out pre arrival which was greatly appreciated!!!! I would stay here again!

Monolocale molto bello con alcuni muri in pietra a vista in zona pedonale a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. cucina con tutto il necessario, bagno semplice e funzionale con prodotti varie e a disposizione asciugamani e creme solari per la spiaggia. Parcheggio pubblico a 150 metri a pagamento 1 euro/ora ma gratuito sabato pomeriggio e domenica

l'unica apertura è la porta di ingresso con due finestrine laterali quindi poco luminoso in più il piano si trova due scalini sotto il livello esterno quindi l'interno risulta un po umido e fresco l'ingresso nella doccia ha uno scalino molto alto

A very comfortable, compact ground floor apartment set back of a quiet street equipped with everyday needs, comfortable bed, wifi, air-conditioning, and tv (all easy to control). The amazing location in a pedestrian area, just up the road from central split and 5mins to the water front & Old Town. Small super market for all essentials is 20 seconds down the street with a taxi drop-off point super close by (so not far at all to carry any travel bags) Such a lovely apartment with rustic inner stone wall features, excellent shower, and a host who communicates very well, having thought about everything e.g. iron, hair dryer. I thoroughly recommend staying here and it would be my first choice if visiting Split again.

Cozy, home-ish type apartment. Interested owner, asked frequently if everything was good enough.

Had some challenges, connecting Netflix with the TV, nothing dramatic though.

in a fantastic location - about a 10 minute walk from the beach and Old Town but far enough away to still be quiet at night. Super safe as well. Host was beyond accommodating with a late flight and let us check out quite late which was so helpful and had great recommendations for Split and the surrounding islands.

The host Snjezana was flexible about arrival and departure. She greeted us personally and even brought clean towels halfway through our week-long stay. She was very friendly and approachable. The studio is just as shown in the pictures - cute, cozy and very clean with everything you could possibly need. It is perfectly located to the old town, the sea, and also near paid parking. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

The Studio Apartman Fondo is fantastic. The space is roomy yet cozy. There are comfortable places to sit. The air conditioning worked well. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The location is great too. It’s a ten minute walk max to Diocletian’s Palace, yet it’s out of the hubbub and noisy crowds. It’s close to Marjan Park too which is a great place to walk or go to the beach.

I didn’t find fault with anything.

It was such a lovely place! Excellent location. So close to the old town (less than 10 minute walk) but far away that you didn't have to hear any of the nightlife. Also walkable distance to the beaches. Has an air-conditioner which was very key. Also the host was super understanding and flexible. Bed was big and comfortable. Would highly recommend to everyone.
