New Apartment ParkView/CityView

This place was wonderful and a great location! Comfy king sized beds and nice shower. Our host met us at the door to the building to provide us the key and show us around the apartment. Short walk to all attractions. Building is on a street corner, but traffic was not noisy. Electric rolladens on all windows. Welcome basket of fruit and wine was a very nice touch.

Great location, lovely bakery right beside the apartment. Less than 10 minutes to centre of town. Comfortable, clean and modern apartment, it has everything you need for a short stay in Split!

We ran out of hot water twice. The first time, we just didn’t realise the boiler had been turned off. But the second time, we had left it on overnight and still ran out of hot water after 15-20 minutes. Some extra pillows would also be nice.

Walking distance to old town. New, clean apartment with a balcony.

Everything was great.

The glass door to the bathroom . I walked into it twice . Bruised my head. It needs changing. It also isn’t private like it is with the glass.

Location is great, very spacious apartment. The lady helped to carry my wife's carry-on luggage up the stairs. It was nice to see some fresh fruits was provided along with a bottle of wine (we are not drinker so don't know the quality of the wine).

One of the electronic blinds was broken and said they did not have time to find someone to fix it. Both the light above dining area and the exhaust of the range not working. No coffee maker in the kitchen. Layout of the rooms were strange, there were so many doors. Beware, the shower & bathroom doors are made of glass, no privacy there. One of the bedroom's showers enclosure is away from the bathroom, instead it was near the bed. We had to put a towel on the floor outside the shower door to prevent water getting out. Also bedroom (or the bathrooms) doors' locking/closing mechanism were taped so we couldn't securely closed the door.

Location, beautiful accommodation. Very helpful staff.

Parking was a pain. Very few spots, reluctant to use car in fear of not getting a spot. A nuisance to constantly have to buy parking tickets.

Good communication with host. Spacious. Great location.
