Apartments Zagreb Center

I booked this apartment, but after a while I received an email saying it was canceled by the property. The money has been paid to me and has not been returned, and no one is answering the phone number and email. A disaster.

It was clean, in a great location, dog friendly with a park nearby and we were directed to a very convenient parking spot just in front of the building by the owner. The owner was also very friendly and left us chocolate muffins as a treat!

there was a €25 cost for cleaning after the dog which was unusually high compared to anywhere else we’ve stayed (we travelled across most of Europe north-west to south-east).

Location and amenities were great!

The proximity to the city center; the functionality of the apartment; the quietness of the neighborhood

Everything was great, exceptional host !

the apartment is in a strategic position, the internal parking is very useful (even if entering it is a challenge) and it is small but equipped with everything. Including air conditioning which in this torrid period was a much appreciated plus. Mladen - host - very helpful and professional, made us find fruit, fruit juices and water. He also gave us excellent advice. Absolutely excellent quality/price ratio. We will return, it’s a promise not a threat. Hvala. Zbogom
