Apartment Elize

We arrived around midnight and were welcomed by one of the daughters of the owners, Martina. On the next day we met Dora, her sister - a lovely and extremely friendly girl who helped us a lot with some directions and buying tickets for Plitvice lakes. The apartment was actually a separated house which was great. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Since we were two men, one of us had to sleep on the sofa that wasn't the most comfortable one but was okay. On the other hand the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable.

We were traveling by electric car so we asked Martina if we can charge it there overnight and pay for the electricity in order to save some time on the next day. She said "no problem" and wouldn't take us any money and I told her that we would pay something anyways. She told us she would ask her parents. Since we were using a Tesla mobile charger which allowed us charging by 3kw/h I calculated we would have charged approximately 20-30kw for 1 night where the price for 1kwh was about 0.2 euro/1kwh so it was supposed to be something like 8-12 euro. On the next day I checked the Tesla app and it showed that we charged 20kw. Then we met Martina and I heard she told me we had to pay 15 (fifteen) euro. It sounded a little bit more expensive than what we expected but it was fine. They made us a favour anyways. The day after we had to leave so we left 25 euro to Dora (15 for the electricity plus 10 like a small tip as we really liked our stay). Dora wasn't familiar with what we'd talked with Martina so she only took what we gave her. Unfortunately an hour later I got messaged by Martina. The message sounded aggressive and unfriendly claiming that she had told me 50 (fifty) but not 15 (fifteen) euro for the electricity so it looked like we gave her half of that and cheated them. It really hurt me as I felt like a robber. She explained we had used 342kwh of electricity which was absolutely impossible because the whole battery capacity was 78kwh and we had charged about 25% of it and it was shown on the Tesla app. I tried to explain her that it was physically impossible to charge with more than 3kw/h using the mobile charger on 1 phase because it limits the electricity and cannot еxceed its capacity. She continued explaining that we had been charging by 30kw per hour and went too far without even giving a single fact. I told her to ask any electrician but she kept claiming that we had put 342kwh in our 78kwh battery that was charged to...

Clean, equipped, worth for the money

The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. This place is ideal for families with kids. An added bonus was their female dog Lexie. She was amazing with our kids.

We landed at 1am and the host waited for us until we arrived at 3am

Perfect location, 5 min from the city center with car. 8 min from the beach. Parking place in front of the apartment. Very clean, the host was very nice, in the apartment there was absolutely everything we needed.

Everything was great, no complains.
