There were stairs and hard to take luggage up

Very comfortable, I only spent one night, but it is value for money !

location was good, staff when collecting key helpful, bed was comfortable

Toilet seat very loose, no toilet tissue on arrival, 3 of electric sockets did not work, those that did where loose not sitting in wall correctly. Shower door in hallway downstairs relaxed with badly fitting curtain which meant floor got wet during shower. shower head hand held and shower tray blocked/slow running so tray filled and overflowed onto floor, very slippery when getting out. Bannister on narrow steep stairs not fixed, during storm water leaked through wall leaving landing and stair wet and slippery, coupled with loose bannister quite dangerous. TV remote not working properly and no streaming services available Staff on calling number to report faults did not seem to understand and did not get host to contact me as requested. On reading recent reviews these problems had been identified at least two weeks prior to our stay and not addressed

Good situation in the middle of the island that is the historical Trogir. Sandra kept the office open so that I could collect keys after my flight was delayed. The rooftop patio would be pleasant in cooler weather.

Loose handrail on stairs. Some of the electrical sockets did not work. A lot of tiny ants in the kitchen area.

The apartment is great, clean and in a beautiful location, with nice view from the balcony at the top of the building.

What I didn't like was the attitude of the contact person. She answered very late, I waited for hours until she answered me, and she was unkind and uninterested in what we asked her. The landlord should be more involved in this, because apparently the agency is not interested in whether the clients are well or not, but only sees them as a number

Location was right in the center of town, surrounded by restaurants. Walkable to everything.

The apt is small but comfortable except for the amount of clutter and unnecessary furniture and objects in the place. It actually made me feel sick with so much clutter. The bedroom had a awkwardly placed wardrobe so much that I could hardly fit into the bedroom with my small suitcase. I really disliked all the cleaning products, mops and brooms left in the unit, totally unnecessary and should have been elsewhere. There were piles of linen in the wardrobe, I felt like I was in a storage unit, instead of a holiday unit. The stairs are steep and a pain to drag your luggage up, and I only went once to the upstairs terrace to check it out as it’s so sketchy and dangerous without any proper railing, not sure how they get away with this. Communication with the company managing the property was poor and caused a lot of stress, I sent 7 messages via booking.com/whatsapp and phoned them twice before I was told how to pick up the keys to the apartment.
