Apartment Ivanka & Old town View

The host was very kind, the apartment was clean, nice space and great views.

Nicely furbished apartment with all the amenities and spectacular view of the city from expansive windows on the 15th floor. The host was kind enough to provide some complementary beverages and sweets in the fridge along with a huge bowl of seasonal fruit (own grown figs ware a highlight). Despite being on a very busy road, noise was bearable with wide open windows, but earplugs are recommended.

As almost anywhere else in Split center, finding parking is a nightmare. There is a limited number of parking spaces on a lot that is adjacent to the building but it cannot service the locals and other guests. Once you find a spot, do not move the car unless really necessary. In Split, everything is in a walking distance city anyhow.

The property is not to far a walk from the centre. We were amazed how well equipped the apartment was. Plenty storage, the host all left us a few goodies, which was much appreciated. Codes and keys location info was given on the day of arrival. The apartment has amazing views too. In short, loved the place, friendly host answered all questions in a timely manner, will stay again.

Felt like home, super tidy. There were items left by previous people so good to use some stuff. We had some drinks in the fridge which was amazing as we arrived thirsty. No issues and would recommend

The location was great, just outside the centre of town of Split but walking distance , supermarket over the road and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The views from the apartment wee amazing as you could see the whole of the old town plus the mountains. The apartment had everything you needed and the host was amazing, he left some basic supplies in the fridge for us , which was a bonus and very much appreciated, he was easily contactable and gave us lots of suggestions for place to eat and visit , a brilliant host.

The drainage in the shower was slow but I am being very picky as the apartment was excellent.
