The location of the apartment is just perfect, it is 5 minutes walking from the beach with great access to sea and also has shower and toilet. City center and the best cafe is just 1 minute away. Be aware that Novi Vinodolski is city on the hill so the main access to the city center and apartment is by the stone stairs, we did not mind that. The apartment was spotless, everything was so clean and tidy. There was air-condition in the living room but not in the rooms. The building is 100 years old so it was cold anyway. The terrace is the perfect spot for evening wine and talks. The kitchen could have some coffee, tea, and spices, but the supermarket is 5 minutes away. The owner is the best, she is speaking English and even surprised us with a bottle of local wine. Parking is on the public space 5 minutes by walking, and the owner will pay for it.

Maybe some coffee, sugar, salt and spices in the kitchen.
