Lokacija objekta je definitivno najpozitivnina stavka.

Nismo dobili studio koji smo odabrali putem dostupnih slika na bookingu. Studiu u kojem smo bili (103) nedostaje održavanja, na zidu su vidljive mrlje od vode tj vlaga, rolete nisu u funkciji kako bi se zastili od danjeg svijetla, kao ni prozori koji su iznimno stari i nefunkcionalni te se njima jedvo rukuje zbog oštećenja mehanizma, niti zatvaranjem pružaju ikakvu zvučnu izolaciju što može biti problem ako vam je potreban san jer je objekt uz prometnicu.

Odlična lokacija. Parking mjesto pred sobom (iako malo tijesno).

Nema prozora, u toaletu samo polovina vrata tuš kade. Jastučnice na kauču prljave. Krevet premekan.

Sve pohvale za apartman i domaćine! Rezervirala sam doslovno dan prije dolaska i sve je prošlo bez problema. Komunikacija, dogovor i pristupačnost odlični. Apartman besprijekorno čist, stvarno se vidi da se vodi računa o svemu. Čak i kad nisam mogla pronaći daljinski od klime, odmah su se javili i riješili problem. Iskrene preporuke! 😊
