We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this two-bedroom apartment in Omis! The location couldn’t be better—just a short, scenic 10-minute walk from the beach, making every day a breeze to plan. Despite the summer heat, the apartment stayed refreshingly cool, which was a huge plus after a day in the sun. The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful, welcoming us with a smile and making sure the place had absolutely everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with some lovely refreshments, which was such a nice surprise. They even let us check in early and check out late since there were no reservations directly before or after ours—talk about hospitality! The apartment itself was spotless and super comfortable, with every detail thought through. We also loved the convenience of finding parking spot right by the building, plus access to central parking in Omis when needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly warm welcome. Can’t wait to come back! 💙🌊

The location is perfect - a two minutes walk to the old town, yet quiet. The roooms to the north are a bit dark, while the ones to the south are full of sunlight. We could park nearby. This is a residential building and the appartment is also typical of the area, so if you want to get a feel of how people really live here, this is your choice. We were very warmly greeted and all the communication with the owner was smooth.

The building itself is quite old, so the floor may be squeaking sometimes, as it is usually the case in such buildings.

A perfect combination of accommodation with super comfort in a spacious, clean apartment, and everything close by. Bus and van stops are a 2-minute walk away. Omis' historic center is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is in front and others are less than a 10-minute walk away. Supermarkets, shops, ice cream shops and restaurants are all close by. In other words, the accommodation was well worth it. The owner Tanja was super attentive and helpful, before, during and after our stay.... I recommend and will recommend this place to friends to spend days of physical and mental rest.

The apartment has plenty of space, good facilities and is just a couple of minutes to walk down to the town centre. It was also absolutely spotlessly clean.
