Tandem Apartments with Swimming pool

Apartamento pequeno mas muito limpo, organizado e confortavel. Proximo do aeroporto e com uma piscina pequena mas o suficiente para refrescar. Recomendo!

Host was friendly, apartment was safe and clean. Bed was good. Sofabed was okay, could use some matress topper on. Good location for The local bus, 4€ to Dubrovnik and old town. (Otherwise buss just didn't always come at all.)

There were few unexpected things that really were problems during stay. Fridge did not work, it was leaking water all over. Food wasnt eatable anymore and needed to throw everythhing away. We didint get moneys back. (The host offered to change to live somewhere else for rest days , but we had only one more day left, 'cause at the time of she made an offer we were at the old town for very late evening. We couldnt find a new place at the night time and after next day our flight left really early, so new place wasnt an option we could have been using.) The worst problem was humidity. There was so high humidity in apartment we stayed that towel, shoes and clothes did not dry on three days. We asked help for that, but there wasnt any they did for humidity. Host offered to dry towels, but you can not dry used clothes and towels without cleaning first. Even the clothes we kept in a closet and bags were wet. Needed to wash everythhing after vacation and some of them still stinks. Smell because of humidity didnt feel healthy. The sink and plumping wasnt working on bathroom. We asked help, but it didnt work out. While washing hands for example, sink was full of water and it took very long time to wait it flush. There was lot of climbing, many stears from down Harbour and restaurants to back apartment. End of season The sun didn't reach to apartment. We did read many many recommends, so comparing for that, stay was dissapointment and with all problems it was very expensive. And the fact, we bought food, but needed to throw it away 'cause water all over and high temperature. We had to eat on restaurants all the time, even we were planned to cook some of the meals. This was very expensive and means we needed to go have breakfest for first on mornings.

L’emplacement est top: pas trop loin du centre, avec un parking (important à Cavtat) et une vue magnifique. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et très propre. La piscine a une taille idéale (même si on ne l’a pas utilisée). Notre hôte nous a très bien accueillis, avec tous les conseils pour la région.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de sel, poivre, huile et vinaigre de disponibles pour improviser une salade. Ce sont des ingrédients que l’on retrouve souvent dans les locations et que l’on remplace lorsqu’ils sont vides. La remontée du centre à l’appartement est raide (déconseillée pour personne ayant des difficultés de marche). L’espace à l’extérieur n’est pas fait pour manger.

Correct location of appartment = Branka Kovačevića 3 Location - The booking.com location is not positioned correctly, making the walk to town 5 minutes more than where the pointer is located. And yes, it's all uphill. Without bags no problem, with bags it's tricky.

Great location, spectacular view, very clean, host is very attentive

Excellent Owner correspondence. Lovely dip pool. Not far from Cavtat centre. Decent breakfast place just 1 min walk.

Bed mattress and water pressure of shower were both very average but fine for just one night.

The only downside that bothered all of us was that the emergency exit sign was glowing brightly in the room, making it very difficult to fall asleep.
