Apartments Silva

La tranquillità del luogo, la vicinanza con una splendida baia e altre spiagge, la cortesia dei padroni di casa. La prima sera abbiamo avuto un inconveniente con l'aria condizionata che non funzionava, per scusarsi i proprietari il giorno seguente non solo hanno fatto rapidamente sistemare il climatizzatore, ma ci hanno offerto una sistemazione migliore allo stesso prezzo, cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato.

L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato la prima sera avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione.

The location is excellent! The beach nearby is perfect, for kids, the water is crystal clear and beautiful. The room has a great terrace surrounded with trees, it's pretty much the living room. The owners were really friendly and helpful, I asked if they have a coffee machine when we arrived, and the next day they bought one. So now there's also a coffee machine at the apartment :) It's great value for the money too.

The room's furniture is pretty basic, but does the job, so not much to complain about.

The only redeeming feature of our stay at Apartment Silva was the private beach, which was beautiful and serene. However, our enjoyment was marred by local residents who claimed the land as theirs. They were very hostile and approached us with threats of violence. This made our experience stressful and unpleasant, despite the lovely beach.

Our stay at Apartment Silva was incredibly disappointing. The bathroom was hazardous with ungrouted tiles, a low showerhead, an old peeling mirror, and no fresh towels or cleaning supplies. The living room and kitchen were equally bad, with a non-functional fridge, leaking air conditioner, and a lack of basic essentials. The host was unresponsive and the overall condition of the apartment was far below the advertised standards, making our experience unacceptable.

one minus, why would anyone need a house with a sea view if the tree crowns obscure the view. a very nice place with the potential to be super wonderful

Hosts are okey, location decent

Smelly rooms and lots of insects. Stench was sometimes really bad.

Very nice, welcoming and helpful owners. Outside area with a possibility to use grill was a big plus, especially for 4 people. Location of the accommodation is ideal if you would like to travel to various beaches, as there are many in close distance.

The kitchen had only 2 spaces on a stove for cooking. It was harder to cook for 4 adult people, but manageable. The only thing we did not know (and we did not do a good research I guess) is that there is no local grocery shop, the closest supermarket is 20 minutes of car drive in the city nearby. So if you want to cook regularly, you need to plan in advance.

Nice hosts, hosted us with wine. positive, friendly.

The pool that was on offer was not working, there was no water and the pump was broken. after a few days, the owner poured water, but the pump still did not work. area around the pool a bit dangerous due to renovation. Definitely not suitable for children. We were not informed of this in advance.

The hosts are nice people, but they hardly speak any other language exept croatian. The beach is very close. The balcony is large and shaded.

Basic outfit. Hardly working wi-fi. Broken bad battens. There is just one restaurant in walking distance. There is no grocery store in walking distance.
