Villa Evita Apartments

Great location, kind hostess, designated parking space and very easy to reach southern and middle parts of the Mljet island!

Be aware that you will not know the specific apartment unit that will be allocated to you in advance - the apartment unit we selected was called “one-bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view”, which is slightly deceiving, since it has multiple (30+) images of various one-bedroom apartment units, among them several images of the one that was allocated to us, which is apartment on the ground floor with terrace/garden, not with balcony. Now, I understand that the images of the more attractive apartments (with balconies) are the ones that are advertised, and that the images of all of the apartments are mixed together, however if the name of the unit is “apartment with balcony”, one would expect that it will, indeed, have a balcony. The terrace between the two ground floor apartments is divided with a white divider, however the garden is not divided at all, therefore you could simply walk to another apartment’s terrace via garden. Our apartment unit (B) could use some refurbishing/modernization. The wifi was a bit slow, as expected.

The host is very pleasant, always available and easy to talk to. The place is spotless clean, kitchen is nicely equipped. Location is in a beautiful bay, close to the sea. Organisation around the property is amazing.

Perhaps I missed it in the description or haven’t seen in the pictures, but we got an apartment in the ground floor with a small terrace which is separated from another apartment by an ugly curtain. I expected the view of the sea as on the main picture and/or a balcony but got a rather limited view of the bay and that ugly curtain. It didn’t help that balconies are shifted so when the guys above us cleaned their towels from sand, we got it straight on the table.

The most wonderful view to wake up to each morning. Wonderful and comfortable apartment to return to each evening.

we loved the view of course as everyone says. Also the apartment was well equipped, parking was always easy, it was quiet and well situated for two good although expensive restaurants. We liked our chats with lady who was helping Eva. She was very helpful. Would love to return one day.

Nothing once we had help working the air conditioning.

The appartement is located directly at the sea. It was very clean and you had everything you needed. Even pepper, salt, oil and vinegar was already ready if you wanted to make a salad or something else. There was a waterboiler with tea, a big fridge and a toaster. Also the owners were very nice to us. They explained us everything about the island and the many thing we could do they. We would definitely go there again. Big recommendation!!!
