Apartment Leon and Leona

A very clean apartment located walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The host was very friendly and there was parking on site. There was a lovely garden, but we didn't stay long enough to enjoy it.

The apartment was good value for money, so I can't say that I didn't like anything.

Mr. Ljubo is a nice host. The property is in the hill but easily reachable. And the location is nice also. It is a quite place. Our kids loved the place also.

Over the years we have stayed in quite a few vacation apartments, but this one was probably the best of all. Very comfortable, clean, tastefully furnished, and extremely quiet. The windows are really well insulated. You have everything you need, from a well-equipped kitchen with even a dishwasher, a washing machine, drying rack, dining table for 4. There is a large balcony with comfortable recliners and a great view of the ocean (only marred by an ugly building that is blocking a small part of it). The hosts are on site, very friendly and helpful, and there is free private parking, a rarity in this town.

An insect screen would have been nice so we could open the windows in the evening and at night to get a cool breeze without inviting mosquitos. But we were told some guests don't like them, they prefer open windows. Are there any that are easily removable? But this was a minor issue, we loved the apartment.

Nice apartment, good bed, wifi. Breakfast outside in a beautiful garden. Close to the Lungomare.

Everything was excellent, apartment great, arranged with care and style, well equiped, hosts friendly and on disposal. Our pet was welcomed. .all in all, I would recommend it for short or long stay, everything was perfect

Excellent host who made us very welcome. Lovely garden with good quality outdoor garden. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely little puppy.

The location was very close to the promenade along the sea, this was the main reason we stayed here. We had a wonderful meal at Antigua Osteria Ugo on Ul. Marsala Tita. Roko was booked but we liked this restaurant very much. Leon, the host, was very accommodating, especially when ants were found in our apartment. He moved us to another apartment and took care of the issue.

There was some trash and food items left by prior tenants.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He lives on the property so available when needed. He spoke English well which also made communication easy. He responded to messages well. Parking was available and ended up going to Icci Beach which was an easy drive there...as well as driving to Optaja for some dinners. We drove everywhere we went.

It was farther from the beach than expected - although we were limited as our daughter was on crutches - so we didn't attempt walking the steps down. Also we could see the sea but there was a house that blocked part of the view.
