Appartement en tous points conforme à la description, très bien aménagé et confortable. Tranquille et bien situé, on peut aller au centre à pied. Excellente communication avec le propriétaire, je recommande.

Spotlessly clean, fantastic location, highly functional kitchen and bathroom, great communication by the host. Having a dryer is a game changer when you're living out of a small suitcase. The rooms are not tiny, unlike many other apartments I have booked elsewhere previously.

I didn't immediately see a hairdryer? The wifi signal could be stronger in the bedroom? This is really grasping at straws, it was excellent.

The location was close to bus terminal and not far from main square also a supermarket very close to apartment

The actual building was fairly old with all the rubbish bins just near the front door but this didn’t reflect the condition of the apartment as it was nice inside.

The room is in an excellent location, close to the city center and with a fantastic restaurant (HAS) close to that you have to visit. The apartment is clean and spacious. Igor is willing to help you and quickly answer any inquiry you may have.

Here is some constructive feedback, as Igor will appreciate it. Igor has to conduct the necessary checks better before the arrival. My boiler had an issue, and I could not shower properly with hot water. It would be beneficial if the apartment had mini shampoos, especially for the first shower when the guests come for the first time. The towels were not fluffy and were like sandpaper; this may be because of how they wash them. Netflix was not working because the previous guest had applied for a membership to their account. Igor was accommodating and sent me the apartment accounts immediately. In general, if better checking procedures were established, the overall experience for the guests would be remarkable. Those, as mentioned above, are the reasons for my low points.

Great location! Very quiet and comfortable place and easy walk to everything. Building is very quiet and very nice inside. The apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is a little small but has everything you need.

I booked here rather than another popular holiday rental site as this was much cheaper. Location looks a bit sketchy but don't let this fool you, it's very quiet at night and Zagreb is a very safe city. The air conditioner worked very well during the height of summer, WiFi was strong, bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good, washer and dryer were included, TVs were both "smart"... Great place to base yourself in Zagreb!

There was no shampoo/soap included, only hand wash... So either bring your own or walk down to DM which is about 5 minutes away.
