Location was great, spotless clean appartment and very helpful host. There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Croatia! Higly recommended to anyone looking for a nice appartment close to lovely beach!

The owner is lovely and very helpful. The location is outstanding. We took an Uber in to split which is around 5-7eur. You can park your car in a safe underground parking spot. The apartment itself was really clean, spacious and the balcony with a view across the sea was a great plus. There is no longer a construction site in front of the apartment, so we were able to enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable. We had a great stay. I would highly recommend!

The apartment was well equipped and it was exceptionally clean. The view is amazing and it is situated above the new beachfront promenade which is spectacular. Lots of useful amenities close to the apartment. We spent a lot of time on the shaded balcony watching the events on the promenade. I highly recommend this apartment!

Nicely situated, but unfortunately, there was some work being done on the beach, which was directly in front of the apartment

The big windows and the view from the living room are amazing. The apartment has everything you need including washing machine with dryer.

Water kept pooling in the corner of bathroom and we could not tell whether it is from splashing during showering or a plumbing problem. Everything is under construction in the neighbourhood: buildings in the front row near the sea, roads, plumbing under the roads...There are some abandoned unfinished buildings nearby that can be creepy at night, but let's not forget it's Croatia and it should be safe after all.

Would absolutely recommend this place! The apartment was just like in the pictures and keeps pleasantly cool with an air conditioning unit in every room. The host was amazing and helpful and showed us around. The location is perfect if you arrive by a car since there is a dedicated parking garage spot - super convenient! There is an access to the beaches through a staircase very close to the apartment and even though there is construction on the beach in front of the apartment, there is another pebble beach right next to it and a shallow sandy beach perfect for small kids a little farther away. We were able to walk to the center of the city following the shoreline which was super nice and took maybe 45 minutes. There are also many grocery stores near to the apartment which made life very easy. The kitchen was also well equipped (coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc.) We traveled with a 10-month-old baby and there was enough room for him to sleep between us in the bed. Our baby loved to crawl around the apartment exploring. It was safe for him to also be on the balcony which was nice and we could enjoy our breakfasts outside together. There is a staircase to the apartment so you have to carry the stroller up and down but we were naturally prepared for this and with a light-weight travel stroller it is not an issue.

The beach in front of the apartment is under construction for this year (2024) so it does not give a nice view to the sea. We did not care about this but maybe some people do. Our baby actually LOVED to watch all the workers and machines so for him it was a definite plus!

It is very clean, comfortable and near to the beach club mistral.

The owner was fantastic. She met us at the property, gave a tour of the apartment (which was exactly as described), and even had a bottle of wine and box of chocolates on the table. So welcoming! She was very accommodating re: a slight adjustment of our dates.

Everything was as described. There was really nothing we lacked.
