The location

It needs a lot of renovations

The beach is really close. Free parking. Kind sercive.

Bed was not.the comfiest but it was okay.

Nice location, a nice shaded terrace, kind lady that manages the apartment. Parking was provided by the apartment on a generally busy street with other apartments and guests.

One of the beds is next to a glass balcony door with no shades (there are 2 balcony door but only 1 have shades). So early in the morning, the sunlight wakes you up and there's nothing you can do to block it. I also recommend putting a mosquito net on the windows. Not so much because of the mosquitos, but there were other insects crawling on the walls and my daughter had issues with it. So every night before bedtime I spent 5-10 minutes catching centipedes and spiders and throwing them out. We also had an issue when some random Italian guy visiting there parked on our parking place at midnight when we got "home". I know the owner can't fully prevent this, but it would help if the parking space would be fully marked with a sign of the owner and apartment number to remove all doubt for other guests that they can't park there.

That stove was not cooking only warming the food..
