Posizione comoda, vicina ai servizi, al primo piano di un condominio. Appartamento luminoso e spazioso

Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento, forte anche delle buone recensioni. Purtroppo l'appartamento si presenta bene a prima vista ma si è rivelato di una sporcizia assurda, polvere ovunque molto scura, quindi vecchia (precisiamo che al nostro arrivo il pavimento era ancora umido, qualcuno era stato lì a pulire prima del nostro arrivo). La cucina era semplicemente impraticabile, abbiamo dovuto lavare tutte le stoviglie prima di poterle utilizzare e il piano cottura era sudicio, piastrelle comprese. Non abbiamo mai cucinato ad ogni modo. Le TV erano sì a schermo piatto ma nemmeno smart, una delle due non ha mai funzionato, in ogni caso la visione era ridotta a canali croati o tedeschi, i telecomandi con pile scariche...La casa ha vari orologi, tutti con le pile scariche! I 2 climatizzatori facevano una puzza assurda, ho dovuto pulire io manualmente i filtri perché c'erano 2 dita di polvere. Un lettino al nostro arrivo aveva 2 doghe mancanti nella rete, avvisato il proprietario, non ne sapeva nulla. Peccato che poi abbiamo trovato le doghe mancanti in un armadio. Abbiamo utilizzato una sola volta la lavatrice, e al nostro ritorno nell'appartamento era tutto allagato. Anche in questo caso il proprietario è sceso dalle nuvole, dicendo che avrebbe mandato qualcuno a ripararla o sostituirla (ovviamente mai visto nessuno), peccato che guardando meglio le precedenti recensioni, questo problema era già stato riportato nel 2023. Per lo meno il proprietario ci ha detto di tamponare l'allagamento con gli asciugamani e il giorno dopo ci ha fatto trovare degli asciugamani puliti. Il parcheggio comodo, tanto decantato nelle recensioni, non è così reale: ogni sera dopo le 19, essendoci 2 condomini nell'area, i parcheggi sono sempre saturi, e ho dovuto parcheggiare a 600mt dall'appartamento.

Amazing apartment, short walk from center. Responsive hosts. Overall great experience, I will be back!

No microwave (not a big deal)

Super clean apartment, good selection of tv channels, spacious bedrooms.

Apartment was very cold upon arrival and took some time to warm up. I wish that the owner would have sent instructions for entering the apartment right away as we did not have internet while traveling and were forced to call in roaming. The apartment was well done inside, but the view and the neighborhood were not very attractive. Parking was a bit unclear.

Easy communication with the host and a fantastic apartment in a great location with plenty of parking. Very good value for money and everything was new/renovated.

Nice place, lots of space, walking distance to the city centre, warm despite the cold wind, lovely host, very helpful. Heating was turned on when we arrived which was amazing. Very reasonable price, well equipped kitchen with tea and coffee.

some things need a tiny bit of fixing (handles), WiFi is only good in the living room.

Location is very good. Plenty of space in the apartment and the air conditioning worked brilliant.

We liked this 2 bedroom apartment, because we could be individual rooms as friends. Also supermarket is nearby, few minutes walk to center of Pula, free parking on streets. The owner was friendly and helpful. Only 1 thing we missed the microwave in the kitchen, but it was not listed! Otherwise we would recommend this place to all travelers.
