Very nice location, good facilities and helped well by the host.

Was a bit difficult to find the studio due to there being a mrtal gate in front of the door which I thought was closed off, this turned out to be open and the actual entry. Messaged the host and was immediatetly helped.

Location was great, everything is in walking distance and very safe to walk around.

Fantastic location. Right near the river and transport options. Lots of great restaurants right next to accommodation. Fab bakery downstairs for breakfast. Supermarkets across the road for other supplies. We hired both apartments. They are right next door to each other. It was perfect for us, a couple and solo traveller.

Slightly quirky accommodation but very clean and comfortable and a great location. Great choice of restaurants and tram stops right outside providing access to the rest of the city. We were meeting up with a friend who booked the adjacent apartment which meant we could stay together yet each have our own space. Friendly host who was really helpful with our late check out

The apartment is in an old building and the communal areas are showing their age. This didn’t worry us but might put off some visitors. Just remember the political history of Hungary and it all becomes part of the visit to this fascinating city.

Great location and quiet.

I like the cleanliness and space. The apartment is very close to the Danube River and very close to a tram station and metro station.

We really enjoyed our stay in Frank, the larger of the 2 apartments. We needed to ask Viktor a question before our arrival and he was most helpful. The check in details provided were excellent, albeit we did scratch our heads when we arrived at the apartment iron gate/lobby door, tip - just open it, no code required!! The apartment layout is genius, so much space in what is quite a narrow width. Everything was spotlessly clean. Kitchen equipment more than adequate for a short break, 2 ring induction hob, sink, microwave and coffee maker, with plenty of pods to see you through a few days. Bedroom setup was very clever, bed a little firm but definitely more preferable than it been too soft. Shower room was spacious, plenty of towels, hand wash and shower gel provided, if you are fussy take your own shampoo. Separate toilet. Lounge area facing a very busy street, if you were using the bed settee to sleep it would be a little noisy. Smart TV. The huge upside with this property is its location, just a 300m walk to the River Danube and access to buses and trams on the doorstep. The transport system in the city is fantastic, we took advantage of the 72 hour Budapest Card which includes local transport and free/reduced entry to some attractions. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets very near to the apartment. It was our first visit to Budapest and we are so pleased we chose Frank and Fang Apartments and would be very happy to recommend. Thank you Viktor!
