Property was nice and big, lots of space for people to enjoy relaxing.

There was lots of left over items from previous stays dotted around the house including the fridge. Things that had been used and left…..

The location was strategic the apartment really spacious and clean perfect for relaxing and have a drink in the living room.

Apartment at the first floor located in one of the most popular street for nightlife so it's noisy until late in the night.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. We really liked the apartment itself.

It is very noisy during the weekend, loud party people roaming the street right under the window all night. Other than the noise this is a perfect place to stay, but I would avoid staying here if you're traveling with kids. Good place for young, nightlife oriented people.

I reserved the apartment for a business trip, so I asked during the free cancellation period if I can receive an official receipt. I never received an answer. After the stay the owner refuses to answer messages and deal with the issue. I was simply mislead. The apartment also does NOT have three bedrooms. It has two bedrooms and a gallery in one of the rooms. This whole ordeal was very disappointing, not to mention that I believe this is apartment is committing tax fraud by not registering as an official accommodation with Hungarian authorities. No, i was NOT informed. As a matter of fact I wrote a message during the free cancellation period, because I had my doubts. Conveniently I that message was NEVER ANSWERED.

The location is excellent - near the synagogue and loads of little restaurants and cafes, including Dobro, a wonderful wine bar. Easily walkable to the river.

The apartment is located at the heart of Budapest. The landlord replied to messages fast. He refunded 5/6 nights we were still supposed to have stayed at the apartment, despite being non refundable.

We booked the apartment for 7 nights from a Sunday night onwards, but had to leave after 1 night, as none of us in the family could sleep on the Sunday night we spent there. Dob street is full of nightlife and the windows and walls let all sounds in. We had sleep on the side of the inner courtyard due to the sounds carried in at night. At 4 am a very rowdy croud arrived to the apartment beside us and we could not sleep. The apartment was only superficially clean. Maintenance was not up to date: a broken detached light switch, only some of the lightbulbs functioning. The end of the kitchen tap fell off, it was filthy. The washing machine only functioned partially. There is a strong smell of mould in the toilet.

The third bedroom is a mezzanine inside one of the main bedrooms, meaning this place really only has two bedrooms. I would have preferred knowing this before booking.
