Modern 4-Star luxury apt - WFH Ready, Free Parking

The apartment is at the end of tram line no 12. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center by tram which only cost 53p euro per person. There are butcher shop, supermarket and cafe close by, very convenient. The apartment has a nice kitchen, we made our own lunch/dinner. The TV is massive and we watched movie at night. The apartment also come with parking, we parked our car in the parking spot then take the tram to city. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Everything was perfect. Spacious & bright house, comfortable beds, convinient the second bathroom. The kitchen had all the necerary equipment. The living room was very comfortable. Great location, near the center by tram. There was near a bakery, cafe & super markets.

It was very clean but it need more professional cleaning.

This is an incredible appartment, clean, very nicely furnished, with absolutely everything there you could ever think of needing. Great location as well, bakery, shops, cafes and a great brew pub just around the corner.

Parking place, though assigned and always free, is hard to get into with a larger car. Hardly a fault, but just be aware if you are coming in with something larger.

Very clean and comfortable flat, you coud find all, that you need: from kitchen utensils and coffee machine, till dogs toys

for our big car the parking place was too narrow, and from one side restricted by the fence

Great flat, equipped with absolutely everything one would need. Excellent location, 2 min walk to the tram station. Lots of local bars, eateries and shops. Worth checking the map on your phone to locate them. Really quick and easy to get to the centre.

Positive : whole apartment no disturbing by owners , Peaceful , nice balcony view with mountains & shops nearby and near city centre easy drive

Major Negatives parking spot: DONT book or park there if you have big jeep, van, Range Rover. Reason: parking facility is very small & big hazard / danger to vehicles large like jeep, Range Rover size type as the barrier sensor for parking entrance is faulty & cheap. owner took no responsibility to help our big new 2023 keep got smashed from backside as barrier fell on the car and damage it lucky we have insurance DONT book or park there if you have big jeep, van, Range Rover
