Apartments Luan

The location is right next to the main area of the town. I could check in slightly earlier and I was offered a 12 o clock check out. That's about all that was good about this apartment.

For what this apartment is, the value for money is awful. It was evident it's been newly renovated because the smell of cement was strong, as was the layer of dust on almost everything. The apartment was freezing cold. Tiled floors and not even a blind or curtain on the window. I tried to use the heater mode on the AC unit which did absolutely nothing. The water heater was unplugged and when I messaged for help how to use it the response wasn't very helpful. Random unnecessary stuff was just left lying around. Like lampshade stands and cleaning supplies. The kitchen has a coffee machine and kettle but not even some coffee sachets or tea bags are made available. In addition the street below the apartment is obviously a popular party spot. It was full of people all night and the sound was exceptionally loud. This went on until around 3am. I am so glad I just stayed one night. It was dusty, freezing, loud and not a place I'd like to stay in again, especially for the price.

With this accommodation, it seems like they are just trying to make a quick buck. There were so many deficiencies, I have never experienced anything like it: These red flags need to be addressed immediately… ❌ Walls are paper-thin (you can hear the neighbor as if they were in the same room) at 1 AM ❌ Ants crawling through the bed and on the floor (see picture) ❌ Bed slats are broken (missing slats) ❌ No blackout curtains (it’s bright in the morning) ❌ Right reading lamp is broken ❌ Hairdryer is broken ❌ Soap dispenser is broken ❌ Showerhead is broken ❌ Water heater in the bathroom is extremely loud (humming) - broken? — - WiFi constantly disconnected and only worked again the next morning. It seems like the host doesn't care about these issues, as some have already been mentioned in reviews, such as the broken hairdryer, but haven't been fixed to this day. I absolutely cannot recommend staying there until these issues are resolved!

Very spacious and modern. Also kept very clean and well equipped with everything you might need.

Nothing in particular. The big showerhead wasn’t working properly.

The location was great in the middle of the city. There are many kitchen stuff to use☺️

There is no parking included. 🅿️ It was on the 3. Floor no lift
