City Centre Dream place

We were not satisfied with the accommodation at all. Upon arrival, we immediately realized that the "private parking" was already occupied. In reality, it is not truly private-if you are lucky, you might find a free spot, but this is not guaranteed. When we brought this up with the owner, his response was extremely rude and arrogant. He told us to simply find another accommodation or pay for parking elsewhere, which was very unprofessional and unacceptable. We had also requested a baby crib in advance, but it was not provided upon arrival. Additionally, the cleanliness of the apartment was poor. The cutlery, trays, floors, doors, and sink were all dirty, which made our stay even more disappointing. Overall, we cannot recommend this accommodation.

A good location with access to eateries and old town sights. Comfortable bed and suitable amenities. Snacks as provided were a nice touch. Great communication from Renato and were able to check in early - thanks.

Parking was a bit of an issue with the building works and tradesmen’s vehicles. Was able to find a parking though so all fine. Better soundproofing would be good, as we could hear people and child in room next door.

Easy to find the place and close to main square. We walked to main square and other attraction places. Renato was very helpful, always respond promptly.

In general,hard to find parking in Zagreb.

Location great.

Parking was a disaster. Got screamed at by neighbour for parking where I was directed to park, then parked in the owner recommended parking down the street and ended up paying €58 for one night. Some of the dishes were dirty - literally eaten on then returned to the cupboard. No dish towel and only about 8 paper towels left in the roll. The apartment was way too hot for us. When we requested the remote for the climate control, we were told to open the window and "you will be fine" even though the building was under construction and there was dust, noise and bugs. Then the night before we left, a water pipe broke and we couldn't shower or brush our teeth the night before our early morning flight. Water came back on early in the morning luckily. Would not recommend.

Wonderful location. Very clean. Very quiet.

Renato communicated with us clearly prior to arrival, and the key collection process was very easy. The apartment itself is comfortable, very well maintained, and most importantly, it was warm and cozy when we arrived. The kitchen was especially well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. We also really appreciated the parking right in front of the apartment, which is a huge bonus in Zagreb. Overall, a very pleasant stay!
