Villa Adriatic Ičići, Apartment Nina with heated swimming pool, ground floor

Perfect location and AMAZING and FRIENDLY Host.

While the overall experience was pleasant, I was disappointed to find that the kitchen was not fully furnished as expected. There were missing essentials such as knives, and other utensils for a family, which made cooking meals a bit challenging. In most apartments that stayed before, at least there was tea, coffee, and sugar for the first one or two days but I was disappointed not to find them. Garbage bags were missing, TV remote controls not functioning. No bath soaps and shampoo. No additional bed sheets. For future guests, I recommend ensuring that the kitchen is more fully equipped to match the listing description. This would greatly enhance the stay, especially for those who plan to prepare their meals.

The pool was great, they also have a little play corner for the kids, which was nice, the apartment is nicely decorated.

The location is not the best, you have to go to the beach or to the city centre with the car and the street is very steep - don't recommend walking. The living room is small and very dark, because only the bedrooms have windows. The terrace gets very hot in the morning because of the sun, it's nice in the evening, though. You can hear the upstairs neighbours.

The host is charming. Free parking.

Our holiday at apartment Nina was excellent! Our host Nina was very helpful and nice, gave us advices about beaches suitable for kids, nice places to see. The apartment has direct access to the pool, kids really enjoyed it. Everything- pool area, pool itself and apartment were really clean. The area is suitable for families with children- silent at night, lots of fun at the pool during the day. Nice beaches about 5-10 min by car (Medveja), places for walk in the evening (Opatija). We definetely recommend this place and will for sure come back again :)

Clean spacious apartment with nice view and pool.

One bedroom didnt have bed comforters, the two bathrooms only had two small facial towels in each bathroom, no actual normal size towels for drying body with. The apartment lacks electrical outlests/plugs. Also the check out is horrible 10 am with no option for late check out. At this price point shouldn't have these issues.
