pretty nice place to stay. very spacious

It's only minor, but we missed the corkscrew for wine. Instructions could be clearer. It was difficult to understand which side of the staircase to turn and how to find the apartments.

The apartment was renovated, it has nice furniture and was big enough. The balcony view was nice, we saw the harbor. The city center was close and the local market is near the building.

The reception wasn´t near the apartment, we have to walk to the city to get the keys. The parking was problematic due to the big traffic, below the apartment we can park only for 120 minutes. We have to find a public parking which was for fee. The apartman was in an old building together with another private aparments which belongs to little strange local people. The entrance and the hallway was disgusting, smelly, full of cigarette butts, pigeon droppings. The room was nice, but the floor was dirty, as our kids don´t have slippers, their socks were almost black at the end of the day. The kitchen was a little bit dark because the window look to a wall.

Room itself brand new and very clean, location very central and everything in walking distance

Staff at check in not attentive/friendly, gave us wrong information, room very dark/no daylight, apartment building in poor condition, no toiletries, check in from 5pm only (rather late)

We stayed for 10days. We always stay at this part of the town as it’s very convenient. Nice layout of the studio. Washing machine is a plus. Bed -super comfortable. Floor -tiles-nice and clean not like other sticky places we stayed in.

Stayed in a small room-super gloomy dark room-windows open into the building itself-not a real courtyard as mentioned on the site. Not suitable for a 10day stay at all. Would say not best value for money. My husband left his prayer mat at the apartment-we had to contact the property managers three times to inquire and remind them about it-we were told they hadn’t found anything there. It was very important to my husband. I believe I’d left my scarf there as well but after the response about the prayer mat I didn’t bother to ask about the scarf. Cleaning-on the 7th day we asked for cleaning of the apartment,as we paid 50€ extra for it-was done on the 8th day of our stay,they changed the bedsheets and took out the garbage-bathroom was not cleaned at all,same for the kitchen sink. Had to clean it myself-which I wouldn’t usually mind except for the fact we paid extra money for cleaning. Check in-very late,5pm. Waiting time for the key details-waited at the parking, tired and exhausted, for smb to reply to our whatsapp message with the key details. Lots of potential-lots of room for improvement. This feedback is to serve for the improvement of the property management. Thank you.
