Apartman Lena

The location is excellent, right across the railway station and very close to the bus station, the town centre and a big Interspar supermarket. The street is peaceful and quiet, there is not much traffic. The host sent me a video with clear instructions about the location, the check-in and the check-out. He made sure I saw the video and said he would be there if we needed anything. We were even allowed to enter a little bit earlier because the cleaning had already been finished - a cleaning lady did come over with the clean linen to prepare the bed, but otherwise everything else was ready.

There is no window on the sleeping room - it's in an enclosed area within the apartment. There is no option to open the window in the main room, it's like a shop window (obviously the space was converted into a living space and its original purpose wasn't meant for an accommodation). The only window that can be opened is a small hopper window placed high above the kitchen table and is oriented toward the inner entrance to the building where another apartment is located, so you can hear guests coming and going. The cupboard where the fridge is located smells of mold because the kitchenette is covered in fireboard, and this wooden material easily absorbs moisture. It could be equipped with more cookware. We only got 1 small clean towel per person for 3 nights - I know that hosts will usually say that guests could have asked, but I don't think these things are extra demands, they should be basics instead - I really don't like having to deal with asking for the standard stuff once I arrive to a place to stay for a vacation, especially a short one.

Nice location close to the city center, free parking right in front of the door.

Not everything is perfect in the apartement, some smaller repair would may be needed, but the price/value ratio is really perfect.

Firstly, the thing that’s most important to me is the shower stream strength and this one was great. the apartment was clean and the location is great. there is plenty of parking places in the street.

There was no hairdryer which would be nice.

It was clean and you can park in the same street. Good communication with the owner.

Flexible check-in, check-out hours. The staff was really nice and polite. The apartmant was cozy, clean and in a good location
