the instructions to get there could’ve been clearer, since the adders doesn’t exactly match the one that appears on the map, maybe sending a video or putting more pictures of the surroundings would help a lot!

Entering the apartment reminded us of room escape games :) using the instructions provided in the email attachment all goes well. The wifi password is included in the instructions pdf too, in case you need internet connection when entering the apartment first time. As mentioned by other reviewer the photos may be a little misleading as it’s only one room with bed and no space for a couch with coffee table. For a short stay there’s no problem though. All is clean and location on pedestrian street as pictured.

"Perfect ..... except for the nightmare Check-in"

Everything except the check-in NIGHTMARE

Check-in was a complete nightmare from start to finish ...... a 45 minute multi-step confusing process with 10-page .pdf doc, that required multiple changes in phone settings, dealing with comms issues, and then finally no answer fm the so-called help number of the host. Never again!
