There is good position of this house, we were there just for one night. I think it is very good place, because it is not in the centre, but if you want to be in centre of Zadar, you can be there in a few minutes. Staff was very very kind, Mr. Zsoltan is a great man. Thank you

When we were there, neighbours from next next house were very loudly for long time and after they stopped, strong storm arrived. So there were more bad situations, but accomodation was good

Great location. Pretty apartment. Beach is right there and there are lots of families so it's not a party beach. We had water shoes because of course it's rocky, but it is calm and shallow, very gently sloping down, so this is perfect for families with young kids. In July even after sunset the water was not cold! There is a restaurant called Sunshine on the beach which has slightly pricey but very good seafood. The apartment had 2 balconies and the big one where you can dine has a sea view. Everything neat and clean, A/C worked fine.

It would've been good to have a bottle of oil and sqlt and pepper provided, because who wants to carry these things on planes? Also take a laundry detergent tab for the washing machine because there is no laundry soap.
