I was a very satisfied with the apartment and the host during my stay in Pécs. The host was especially nice. The apartment is very, very close to the center of the town which makes the stay in Pécs more pleasant.

Excellent location on the main pedestrian street, beautifully appointed apartment

Only if you come with a car: the Google Maps location is not helpful given the pedestrian street, so it has to be better communicated that you need to park somewhere, then walk to the apartment.
