N28 Studio Apartment In Andrassy Boulevard.

Location is excellent. Lots of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and not far from local transport.

Immediately outside the property is a courtyard which is very overgrown and unsightly (would be lovely if maintained) but this is probably outwith the owners control. Didn’t like the mezze bed upstairs as kept banging our heads when standing up and the sofa could do with a clean but the facilities in the apartment were fab and there was coffee/cooking spices etc which was good and also cleaning products to use too. The contact with the owner was excellent and he resolved any issues we had.

The apartment had everything I needed, was clean, and corresponded to its description. It is in a very silent yard in the heart of Budapest.

It would have been nice to get instructions for separating paper, cardboard, glass, plastic, metal and organic waste.

Great location and well priced.

No coat hangers for the wardrobe and unfortunately a noisy neighbour late one night although the host did take action the following day to resolve.

Well thought out apartment in a great location... had most amenities that you'd have at home including coffee which was a bonus for the mornings. Washing machine was very handy too..

The pillows where very small and very lumpy so had to use the pillows from the sofa bed which helped alot.

Great location, close to many restaurants and conveniences. Everything you need in the apartment including some convenient extras like salt and cooking oil.

Washing machine was broken on arrival, but staff replaced it the next day. Bed is on a mezzanine. Access might be difficult if you have mobility problems.

The apartment is quite comfortable. Located near the Opera and the subway. You can also reach the castle very quickly. Many restaurants in the vicinity. The apartament is equipped with a kitchenette, but we did not use it.

Very little daylight - tiny windows either on the walls or from the door give the impression of a gloomy room.

Superb location, right in the middle of Budapest and very close to several hotspots of the city such as the Opera house, nightlife neighborhoods and other points of interest. Supermarkets, restaurants, small cafés and other commodities were all within very short walking distances too. The apartment is very good in terms of space management. Well equipped and furnished, it has everything needed for a comfortable stay where you plan to make some meals at home. Climatization was excellent and the same goes for water temperature, always up to what is required in a cold season such as winter.

One of the walls close to the bed is suffering from some sort of infiltration, this should be fixed. Some other minor quirks: The front/exit door and the window of the sleeping area could use some sort of covers/blinders, just to make early mornings more comfortable. The door lock is also a bit strange to understand, a took several tries to close it just right. Having instructions for this (such as a tutorial, can help others in future stays) is a plus. Another thing that we noticed was the apparent uselessness of the existent fire extinguisher, the property owners might consider replacing it, just in case. Apart from these minor details, everything was great!
