White Ship Apartman

Our staying at White Ship Apartment was magnificent. Despite the fact of our delay on borders and last minute booking Owner/team member was generously allow us to book and to check-in around the middle of the night, Christmas Eve night !!! For us you were like angel, definitely. The apartment has an ideal location - right in the city center, high ceilings and a historic building make staying in the apartment magical and insightful to past eras. I think the equipment of the apartment is sufficient, there is a living room, a bedroom, a small kitchen ideal for making morning coffee, breakfast and even homemade dinners. There is more than enough space for two people and luggage. I consider all the previous comments and nitpicking to be groundless. Since there is a Kempinski around the corner from the apartments, they perhaps could have provided more perfection there, but the price tag per day would have been sky-high. The kindness, sincerity and hospitality of the owner/team member of White Ship Apt gives the perfect atmosphere of the city, as people create an impression of the place, not only architectural stone works of art. Although they are all within walking distance of the apartment. Plus, transport near the apartment and a bus to/from the airport will make your trip even more comfortable.

I cannot stress enough how good the location is, every type of public transport is within 3min walking distance, same goes for food options. It was relatively clean and didn’t have any funny smells, we were properly greeted upon arrival.

I don’t have any specific negative comments, it is minimally equipped, but all essentials are there, albeit very cheap essentials (for example the bedside lamp, bed, fan, hair dryer, …). We had 3 body towels and 1 hand towel prepared, I would definitely prefer (for two people) at least 4 body towels and something towel-y on the floor of the bathroom. Also if they smelled very good I’m sure that would bump up the cleanliness rating, ours didn’t smell bad, but didn’t feel freshly washed either, they were just neutral.

Great location, ideal for backpackers. Room is a little worn out.
