- Looks exactly like on the pictures (or even better!) - Very good interior design, feels super new, spacious, efficiently used space, clean, well-lit - VERY well equipped, especially the kitchen (corkscrew, various pots/pans/glasses/plates/utensils, aluminium foil, basic seasonings etc), could've made a 5-star dinner there - Good and free wifi, smart TV - you can use your Netflix account too if you have one, many places to plug in phones, laptop, hair dryer etc, good ventilation in the bathroom - Good location in terms of: quiet and safe area, 8 mins walk to the nearest subway which can take you to the city center, no weird or loud people around, 24 hour reception, clean building! - easy to follow instructions for getting the keys and finding the room - comfortable bed and pillows, warm blanket and covers - communication with the host was also quick and they were helpful :) TIPS: - the blinders for the window are a little short so they do let in daylight but it was rather helping us wake up in October. For summer I would recommend eye-covers if you are sensitive for light. - the washing machine is doing its job well but you need to buy your own detergent (given the accommodation type). I recommend you get the smallest box of detergent pods in a supermarket. they work well enough and are not pricey - I saw some people complain about the cleaning not being done by check-in time (3pm). We checked-in around 4pm and it was all perfectly clean by that time and we got the key lockbox code instructions around 3pm too. If you're worried about this, I recommend you also check-in a bit later One thing to remember: this is not a hotel. so personally taking care of the trash, washing the towels, etc should be expected during the stay just as if you were staying in your own home. +1 for the hosts: we stayed there 2x with one week gap. We were put in the same room as we stayed in before, for which we are eternally grateful as we absolutely loved it.

The only thing I can mention is the leaking shower. When taking longer showers or showering with more water pressure, the water would always be on the floor. Sometimes it wouldn't dry all up unless we left the ventilation on during the night or while we went out for the whole day. But this is really the only thing, everything was so so so much better than we expected! (Oh also instructions for the TV might be great, it took some time for us to figure it all out)

This flat is too clean.

An absolutely amazing place with everything you need in the room. While it’s not close to the city center, it’s conveniently near the venue I visited every day, which worked out perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet, with easy access to public transportation, and there’s a cozy breakfast spot downstairs.

Nothing.

Clean, modern, spacious, very good location (the Nyugati station was only 1.6 km from there - 2 stops by the metro), everything you need was there :)

Only one minus - there was only one towel
