Email was sent at 12.31 on my day of arrival. Flight landed before 11.50 and without E.U. roaming I COULDN'T get access to email plus while on the road one is not expected to look at emails. Extremely difficult to enter main gate. Fortunately one of resident let us in and phoned the caretaker. After good one hour we managed to get in the apartment. Very frustrating indeed.

Iron is old broken and burnt so it can burn your clothes When asked for second washing machine pod it was refused - if I have to buy a detergent better note it in the description Bedroom is not comfy at all perhaps mattress is broken

This was a very nice stay, apartment location was phenomenal, since it's on a very important crossroad, where you can hop on an abundance of bus and tram lines to various parts of the city... I was a bit sceptical that city centre will be a bit far, but thanks to this we were always where we wanted to be in no time! Huge recommendation!

Shower was broken and there was no electricity in the apartment upon checking in

We had a problem with understanding the meaning of parking in the description of the accommodation, since there is actually no parking in the accommodation, but you can park somewhere in the city (street, public garage) as you could park without accommodation, so then every accommodation can put that sign, but apart from that everything was great, kind people and very nice and spacious accommodation!

Sofa bed in the living room is not so comfortable for sleeping.

Not for business people. Personnel not responding contacts. TV set did not work and had no answer during 11 days. If you loose your key, you can be in deep trouble. Needed to request the invoice many times, escalate to Booking, and 15 days later they send it with missing data. Do not recommend this company to book anything, there are many other serious companies in Budapest to rent a flat.
