A szállás kényelmes, tiszta, tökéletesen felszerelt, nagyon otthonos. A szállásadó hölgy kedves és segítőkész volt. Brámikor szívesen visszatérünk!

Super czystość, dbałość o szczegóły - jak w domu. Polecamy. Mimo drobnych niedociąnieć 10/10. Jakość do ceny również 10/10. Korzystajcie - warto.

Odnoszę nieodparte wrażenie, że 35 m2 to jest razem z tarasem, który jednocześnie stanowi wejście do apartamentu (kilka m2 mniej) - mimo wszystko przestronnie (na 2 osoby). Miał być ekspres do kawy- nie było (była tzw. kawiarka - wsyp kawę, wlej wodę postaw na płytę poczekaj aż "przeparuje" , wyczyść, umyj - komfortu i wygody ekspresu brak - o czasie nie wspomnę).

Apartmán v tichom prostredí, veľa zelene, možnosť posedieť v altánku na záhrade a tiež grilovať. Bicykle sme mali v uzavretej miestnosti mimo domu,kde sa dali aj nabiť. Vybavenie apartmánu výborné, dostatok riadu v kuchyni, chladnička, mikrovlnka, boli sme veľmi spokojní.

Security of building and car garage. The apartment was in very good condition. The kitchen was functional with all the mod appliances. The only suggestion would be to supply tea towels for drying dishes. The bedroom was spacious and bed was confortable but the pillows were not of adequate size or support to give users a headache. The lounge had the latest LG smart TV, but without any quick user guides. It took some time to work out its controls but, then we were out most of the time.

What we didnt like was the that management didnt know what they were managing. We had wrong instructions in terms of front door code input that allowed to enter only 4 codes and the road closure around the Rozsa utca that totally made it unpleasent in terms of having to park somewhere, dash to the 4th floor remove the front door key, enter the unit and find the garage door remote key. Go down and park car into the garage. But wait the instruction was that the parking spot was on the first level. When we tried to use the remote key another user behind us opened the garage door and we entered thinking it was out remote that opened it. Inside we couldn't find our designated number luckily somebody was there who opened the door for us to exit and try the remote once more when the second floor doors opened up for us to find our spot. It seems the remote managers dont know what is happening around their properties and therefore give poor advice. In fact the parking police are very active and with limited parking around you have a very good chance of being booked when initially you come and when you leave as you have to reverse the process. In addition when you come to the building it does not have the street number making it harder to decide if you are at the right location. When your given access codes to the front door dont dont work and you call management for help and nobody answears it makes you helpless and very angry at the same time.

Nice, renovated apartment (we stayed on the ground floor facing the garden), super clean, with everything you need. Located on a main road, a bit uphill compared to the center and the beach, but easy to access. It has a very nice, quiet, and well-maintained garden (no lake view from the garden or apartment). Kind host (they do not live on the property), we enjoyed our stay. The bed and pillows were a bit too soft for us.

Everything exactly as described - everything in excellent condition, solid wifi and a very enjoyable stay in the terrace.

The host Eva is very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The garden is beautiful and large, we loved to spend time there with our baby and also used the BBQ a few times. . We hardly noticed other guests from the other apartments during our stay. The location is perfect if you don't mind a 15-20 min walk to the lake side. Supermarket and train station are nearby. We hope we will be able to return sometime in the near future
