Laurel Bay Apartment

It was clean, good location, electric heater and air conditioning

Chairs were clearly old and used the seats were coming apart, not enough cutlery / plates / cups, no dishwasher tablets TV remote was not working with the TV, so the TV was unusable

The apartment was in a good area, you could reach the metro and some shopping opportunities easily. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was modern and worked very well.

Cleaning was not done when we arrived (5 pm!!!) and there was a broken side table. The furniture was already used up a lot, not like on the pictures. The TV doesn't work properly at ALL! Can't watch TV or use any apps. The air conditioning was leaking water unless you had it at least 25 degrees and the fan on full mode. Contacting the staff asking them to fix it didn't lead to any results. It was very hot during our stay, which made it unbearably hot in the apartment as well. Sleeping was difficult. The lock on the door to the apartment is difficult to use. The balcony door is also not opening easily and seems to be stuck.
