Great location, very clean with all the amenities required.

The shower didn’t drain very well at all. To the point that it overflowed the base.

There was always hot water available and host replied kinda instantly.

Tv doesn’t work. A/C doesn’t work and makes an awful noise (even tho I asked about heating 2 days before our arrival and I got the reply “it won’t be a problem” & also informed the owner about the A/C not working, they said they’ll check on it .. of course they never did). The entire apartment was not clean enough. We found an empty bottle under the bed, obviously from the previous visitors. Both carpet and cushions looked & smelled like they have never been washed. Shower was so cheap made that would flood all the bathroom; very tiring. Doors and windows are too old, broken, scratched.. I guess that’s why they have 4 locks and railings to every door, making the place feel a little like prison. Bed was ok but no real pillows. Im sure that the owner knows every single faul of the apartment and just doesn’t wanna fix it. All in all, this place is way too overpriced & definitely gives you the vibe of an owner who just wants to take the money but not invest in it.

The location of the apartment is ideal and we had access to everything we wanted, from shops, markets and monuments. It's beautifuly furnished, very comfortable, clean, safe and has all the appliances included. Water supply and heating system were working perfectly too. The host was very informative with every step or process we had to do and always responded quickly. It's a 10/10, I would definitely pick this apartment again for my next visit.

Apartment in an excellent location (directly in old town). Although the street outside was busy it was perfectly quite inside of apartment. The flat was clean also the towels and bed sheets very provided as described. Little bit challenging for the first time to get into the apartment as the building is more complex and there were lots of doors, but the flat owner provided really helpful instructions how to get the keys and how to open the doors. Definitely worth the money! Would recommend it.

There was quite cold in the apartment. It took really long time for air conditioning to heat up somehow the apartment. But it looked like the air conditioner was not powerful enough to keep the room warm equally. There was also a gas heater but I didn’t feel enough confident to use it. Maybe a suggestion for the owner for future. To somehow synchronize with the arrival of the guests and pre-heat little bit the flat. That would really make the guests happy in colder days :)

Great location, the room was clean and well furnished.

The bathroom had a strong smell of mold, the showe cabin was poorly maintained and greywater would flood the bathroom floor at each shower, making it very uncomfortable to use. Too many unused similar keys on the keyring (it's a heavy one), hustle to find the right ond for each of the 3 doors every time.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and comfortable (especially the bed). The location was exactly what we were looking for: quiet (slept well), walking distance to the river, city center, beautiful city park and nice restaurants. Excellent communication with the owner. Fully equipped kitchen. Easy check in and check out. I highly recommend it for a stay in Budapest.

Cosy place in a nice spot close to many amenities. Kitchen is well equipped, nice rooms with a good bed.

Showers had to be very short due to a huge leakage in the shower space.
