Great location, kind host, clean apartment.

Close to the city center, free parking on the street on weekdays from 6 pm and all day on weekends.

We met a very grumpy and harsh woman at the reception when we arrived: no kind words, no helpfulness at all from her side, only humiliating education. We asked questions with fear because the answer was so harsh. The room itself is very small. The bathroom has a sliding door, so when you close it, there is still a 5 cm wide hole, so if you sit on the bed you can still see the toilet, even if the sliding door is closed. This is suitable only for very intimate roommates! There was a sewer smell all around the whole house, that you could feel inside the room, as well - no matter how many times or for how long you opened the window. I couldn't see towels when the woman showed the room to us, so I asked - the answer was: "2". Since we didn't find the towels after she left us, we went back to the reception and asked again - the answer was: "You should have asked it in the room". And when we received we realized a huge bunch of hair inside... The bedclothes didn't seem clean, and had much long dark hairs on it (although none of us has this type of hair). Some of the furniture was also dirty. The "kitchen" is very poorly equipped: only 2-2 plates, forks, spoons, knives and glasses, nothing else. The small fridge is too loud. The only shelf inside was full of water. It was not possible to remove it to pour out the water, due to the very tight place where it is built in, so you couldn't use it at all, because everything got wet on the shelf. Suitable only for storing bottled drinks.

You have a place where to sleep in urgent situation. This accommodation is offering hostel condition.

Receptionist - is speaking only Hungarian. No English or German. Receptionist starting swording in Hungarian and was very impolite seeing that I’m having Romanian nationality. If you are Romanians, don’t come here as you are not welcome. Receptionist forced me to pay in cash, in HUF. POS was next to him saying it is “no, no”-cash. He was calculating in Eur the cost, asking for 64 eur after his exchange rate, when cost on booking was 43 eur per night. He forced me to pay a parking place when I was not with the car. Phone register under Booking is not valid. Writing on the chat- they will not reply. If they are replying you will not understand anything from their communication in English. If you want to communicate with the owner this is impossible. Room and bathroom is very small- you will hear each noise from your neighbours or when somebody is using the stairs as well lots of noises from outside. Bed is having only one thin sheet, you can see there is no mattress on the bed, but an old refurbished with sprinters, sleeping was not comfortable. Bring your own towels from home. My room had no toilet paper and the fridge was making terrible noises.

A/C in the room. Location is excellent, city center and railway station in walking distance. Some pool tiles are missing, but it's a possibility of refreshment.

It's called "Apartmenthouse", but it's basically a small hotel room with microwave and fridge. Photos are matching, but you still imagine something else under an apartment. We don't understand the 4 Star rating.....
