Tetszett, hogy közel volt az elhelyezkedése a belvároshoz és csendes, udvarra néző ablakai voltak.

A zuhanyzóban langyos víz folyt. Tavasszal ez még elfogadható, de egy téli estén nem szívesen fürödnék meg ilyen hőfokú vízben. Az ágy mérete túl kicsi két fő részére. Érdemes lenne feltűntetni a hirdetésben, hogy az ágy mérete 140 cm. Két embernek nem a legkényelmesebb.
