Apartment City Inn Pécs

Excellent apartment with a nice touch in decor, and an unexpectedly warm welcome. Easy check-in and out. No surprises, also very clean. Location is about a 12 minute walk to central Pécs.

The bedroom was a bit small so you kind of have to snake along the wall to get in the room, and possibly climb over your partner to get to the far side of the bed. The bed was also on the much firmer side which may not work for everyone. The AC works, but is a bit slow to do so. The shower does not have any kind of door or curtain, so is more useful as a bathtub. Realizing these next points are outside the owner's control, there was construction noise (including jackhammering) in the building across the courtyard starting at 7:00 in the morning one day. Another day there were kids, and at a separate time a drunk man yelling at night out on the street.

Host fixed sheets+towels for us (somehow booking.com messed up a family reservation to 2 adults, beware, if you book with children!)

* Open wall socket next to bath/shower concerns me, should be sealed or at least covered. * A bit more storage for clothes would be nice

Very clean, fresh and modern. Comfortable beds and couch. Nice bathroom and good cooking facilities. Perfect location, about a ten minute walk to the centre, fifteen minutes walk to the bus and train stations. Apollo Restaurant is a two minute walk and is fantastic! The host spoke English and Hungarian and explained everything to us, including things to do, recommendations etc. The apartment is air-conditioned too which was a very welcome addition in the summer heat! We will stay here again!

The room was clean and tidy. Plus: - apartment in a closed complex (parking available) - very close to the old town of Pecs - internet works without any problems - a small playground for children

The apartment located 10 minutes walk from Kiraly street. It was easy to take a walk every night. The host give us the keys and showed everything. There is an underground garage for your car if you want. The place is well equipped and absolutely clean.
