Ultra central large home with AC and balcony

everything is perfect. i love the house concept with kitchen in the middle surrounded by 5 rooms 🫰🏻

The location is just perfect! You can easily walk to many sights& restaurants. There is a great breakfast place just outside your door! The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen/ lounge area works well when you want to get together.

The rooms on the street side are slightly noisy- but nothing we could not live with. It was quite warm in the apartment but there were no remote controls to the A/C. Maybe a few more hangers for the cloths could be added but otherwise all was good.

Location

This apartment does not look like the pictures!! This apartment is made up of random furniture, nothing matches, lots of missing/broken items. We stayed in this apartment as a group of 5 women. This is worse than staying in student accommodation. It was filthy. We had to keep our shoes on as the floors were so dirty. The shower heads had so much mould & mildew on them that we will surprised if we don’t get ill from washing in that water. The shower cubicles were grim. We were only allowed 1 small bath towel & 1 hand towel per person for the two nights. No towels for the floor or to dry hands with so basically we only had small bath 1 towel each. I requested more towels but was told that we could not have more. The inside of the kettle was disgusting. We each were provided with a single size, thin bed duvet. No blankets/toppers like in the pictures. 3 hairdryers between us & one was broken. Asked for another one but was told to check the fuse box (not sure why). They did not provide another one. The curtains were too small for every window, so thin and the curtain poles on two of the bedrooms had been pulled off of the wall & were bent. The beds were absolutely solid. It was like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were so lumpy & uncomfortable to sleep on (they were like a bag just full of cotton wool). The front bedrooms were extremely noisy. None of use have ever stayed in such an awful apartment. A relaxing, child free weekend turned in to a weekend where we had less sleep than we do at home. Neighbours were noisy. Contacted the host & they told us to ask them to be quiet or contact the police!

Very central location, walkable distances to various attractions and transportation, clean apartment, comfy, all necessities provided, very friendly staff willing to help with all our questions

Mattresses and pillows need to be changed as they are very thin so was not a comfortable sleep

A lot of space, 5 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms The location is ideal in the heart of Budapest, close to everything you want to see/do in Budapest.

The only thing we had a little problem is that the curtains in the bedrooms doesn't make the rooms dark. In summer when the sun rise at 5 am, the rooms are full of light and you are awake early.

We disliked the lack of curtains so you’re woken up by the sunlight very early. Also one toilet broke but that’s a quick fix I guess
